When you would like to makes friends everybody know we should use greet for learn about each other maybe say hello or hi but if you become to who just do business in other country in fact this way it possible for communication hardly every country because English is the one of language most widespread in the world.
But although how much English language is very popular ,when you do business with other country you should to know some elementary detail about country you want to do bussiness together example.

One more thing the effective communication with people of different cultures is especially challenging. Cultures provide people with ways of thinking. For example Finland and Japan, when you have a conversation with someone who has an English language, they are often attend and try to interpret what you have just said then they will keep talking about that.
On the other hand, every country has its own codes of decorum. For example Anglo-Saxons, they are normally to use first names promptly when they have a letter or fax or telephone call. Although to be much less accepted in the rest of Europe and Asia where even in a business.
People coming from different countries may not find comfort in communicating or coordinating easily with one another. When people from different countries come together, their way of thinking varies. Some might be shy to communicate, while others open for communication. Owing to the difference in their cultural backgrounds, there is a difference in their upbringing, due to which there's a difference in their views and beliefs. Even the communication etiquette differs across the different countries. Of these things will be easier to communicate, just you have a sense of consideration and good intention for your conversation.
